The staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean. My child loved the tub a lot.
The main entrance lacked a ramp. I had to carry my suitcase up and down about 10 steps. This was difficult and inconvenient.

the location was central to many attractions. universal studios, the aquarium, and the beach were all easily accessible. i found the free tram and shuttle services convenient. the proximity to various amenities was a definite plus for me.
i found limited nearby options for eating and shopping.

The room was clean. it was also spacious. the layout provided ample space for luggage and movement. It had enough space for a comfortable stay.

the pools offered a relaxing experience with ample space for swimming. i saw that the gym includes three treadmills. also, it features two stationary bikes. i did note there was sufficient equipment for a comprehensive workout.

Breakfast provided tasty options. while it was not a buffet, the set menu portions were filling. the food was well prepared. It gave an adequate start to the day.
